Fashion has to be fashionable and not just ethical

After have searching for years some organic and fancy clothes I just found an amazing brand! Annie Greenabelle is the brand for you if you are looking for sustainability and stylishness.

She has an amazing online shop where for each clothes are indicated the material of what they are made of. She mostly use organic cotton from the fair trade or recycled materials.

The label has also begun using other sustainable materials such as bamboo, and is looking to invest in recycled plastic materials. All products are manufactured in their own factories in Europe and the UK.

As it is written on her blog “Here at Annie Greenabelle we don’t believe that anyone or anything should be treated badly in the pursuit of a ‘bargain’ piece of clothing, that is why all the factories comply with the ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) base code”.

She got a very  vintage, British style and so Top Shop has decided to purchase her brand in its stores. But the best news still have to come: the price are really affordable and really competitive. The dress cost  between £30 and £60!

Another really interesting site is www.ascensiononline.com. The site offer a selection of  more than 75 ethical brands,  from which you can find a dress for almost every occasion. “We’ve got cotton day dresses, jersey dresses, summer maxi dresses, chic silk evening dresses, work dresses and classic merino dresses. You’ll be amazed to read the story behind each one, whether that is supporting organic cotton production in Turkey or being embroidered by fair trade cooperatives in India” it is said on its home page.
